Dal Forno Romano
Principally known for its famous Amarone della Valpolicella, the agricultural holding Romano Dal Forno produces three wines, all characteristic of the area in which the winery is situated, distinguishing itself in its constant and total quest for supreme quality.
Born next to his family’s vineyards, the founder grew up with a love for the countryside and deep passion for his work, dedicating his life to continuous improvements.
The 1983 harvest produced the first great results for the company: from this year onwards, 22 vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella have been produced and 25 vintages of Valpolicella Superiore DOC.
Romano Dal Forno is recognized by many on both national and international level as one the finest Valpolicella wines producers and is regarded in the highest esteem by the representatives of Amarone producers.
