Domaine Paul Pillot, Chassagne-Montrachet

In collaboration with PoB, in 2017, Thierry Pillot Created a “micro negoçe” project to expand its domaine’s portfolio. The selection of grapes from fellow growers is severe.  Thierry monitors the harvest date, and the fruits arrives to the domaine’s cuverie.  He then treated the shipment as his other grapes, that included the vinification, elevage in barrels and bottling process.

The wines produced in the 2017 vintage include:

• Meursault 1er Cru Les Poruzots (2 barrels)
• Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes (2 barrels)

Since the 2018 vintage, Meursault Perrieres & Meursault Genevrieres were added to the lineup.
